If You Are A "NEW" Client... 

1... Click on the BOLD TEXT that NAMES the products you are interested in... That will take you to that departments products... To see a full description and larger image, again click on that products BOLD TEXT now you are on the page that gives you the LARGE image, and full description of that product!

You will also notice an "ADD TO CART BUTTON" on that page, if you want to purchase that product... Click the ADD TO CART BUTTON, you will then go to a CART CONTENTS page! To shop more... Use you BACK BROWSER button, or the ONLINE STORE button provided...

2... When you are finished shopping click CHECKOUT... And follow the prompts...  

AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR "CUSTOMER NUMBER" (WRITE IT DOWN) In a safe place!!!

If You Are A Returning Shopper/Client... HELLO AGAIN :-) 

"When you are a returning customer" at the top of the Online Store... Look for a greeting, it should look like this... "Welcome back" (YOUR NAME)... If the greeting is not there then you must "LOGIN" using your customer number from a previous purchase... If the greeting is not there "YOU HAVE DELETED YOUR COOKIES" so your computer doesn't have the info needed... for our online store to recognize you...

Why must I LOGIN?...

Because our system saves YOU the shopper from having to fill-out...

YOUR NAME/YOUR ADDRESS/YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS/YOUR STATE/YOUR COUNTRY/YOUR ZIP CODE/YOUR E-MAIL/YOUR PHONE NUMBER/YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO And YOUR EXPIRATION DATE!

1... LOGIN Click the "customer login" button in the online store...

2... Enter your "customer number" in the CUSTOMER NUMBER and PASSWORD fields... (THEY ARE THE SAME) unless you have changed your PASSWORD... If you ever change your password... PLEASE WRITE IT DOWN! Once you are successfuly LOGGED-IN...You are free to shop!

"TROUBLE SHOOTING" (Most common problems)

(1) My Order Did Not Go Thru?  This is occures because of:

(A) Insufficiant Funds in the Credit Card...

(B)... Or the (name and address) on the credit card you are using, is not the same as the (name and address) the card is billed to... (if they do not match up your purchase will be denied...)

NOTE: These Safegards Are To Protect "YOU" From Credit Card Fraud!

(C)... If "ANY" other infomation is incorrect... Such as: your "NAME IS MISPELLED"  Your E-mail address is incorrect/ Your Zip Code is not matching your State/ Your Credit Card numbers are off buy any digits... Or The Credit Card Expiration date is incorrect ... ANY OF THESE MISTAKES will cause a (FAILED ORDER)... So take your time and fill out "ALL" the information correctly, and your shopping experiance will be a pleasent one...
